my eating has been horrible latley

I have not beein eating healthy at all latly. All i crave recently is junk food and foolishly have been giving in..im so dissapointed in my self . I really need to get back on track. Started this pregnancy at 166 and now im @191 not happy with my self i was doing good in the beg. I really need to see my nutritionist and get my self back on track

Uh do I hear you! I craved peanut butter cookies the other day, made some, and ate almost all of them! I was so mad at myself!

And I find my  tolerances for sugar are much higher, not to mention it's getting harder to eat healthy food since my little girl is getting so big and sitting so high (35 1/2 weeks)--my cravings haven't been that bad but I had 3 surprise showers this week and a wedding--all with lots of sweets readily available!

I understand completely; I have gained about 17 pounds but I can't say it's been because I ate we'll. pre pregnancy very good Paleo lifestyle; now I am just happy eating anything but that. Breads and pasta a huge downfall for me. Up until about 32 weeks I was exercising regular and xfit but I have been so uncomfortable I am lucky to walk around the block. I think that was the only reason it's been 17 pounds and not a lot more. I just keep saying to myself get back on track but myself isn't listening, if anyone figures out the trick please share!!!

I find my self saying the same thing i cant wait till the weather gets nice so i can start hikeing again.
