cant getting my eating right
I am so frustrated with myself!!! I am trying and trying to get my water down and eat my protein and healthier foods but for some reason if its good for me it makes me so nauseous!! I am trying to figure out how to trick my head into letting me eat what I need to. any suggestions?
The only advice I can give is try to switch up what your eating or the protein you are drinking. . .are you drinking one certain kind of powder or drink? My favorite is Isopure low carb dutch chocolate. . . also I love lean body chocolate too of course. . lol. Try different kinds of protein until you find one you like. The water thing is hard. . .I have that problem too but I have been chugging and chugging my whole pregnancy I just force myself becuase I know I have to. Have you tried mio or flavors that you can mix in?
