omg!!! congrats mama!!! wow time flies! i remember when you just annouced your BFP and now baby Olivia is here! can't wait to see her!!! :) girl that is the fastest birth story. wam bam boom. not like mine. lol. how is the recovery? is it anything like the WLS recovery?

don't feel bad about having to supplement with formula. i had to do the same. i wanted so badly to breastfeed. my plan was to breastfeed for a year. but in the end we do whats best for our babies. and thats all that matters. besides, supplementing is quite common practice. if you want to increase your milk supply try Fenugreek pills, drink something with brewers yeast and eat oatmeal. OR just combine the last 2 into lactation cookies. i found that this stuff really worked but unfortunately my little guy was so over the boob he refused to even take it. and without demand, there is no supply. it took me a minute to realize formula isn't evil or bad for baby or anything. but like i said, you do whatever is best for your baby. whatever that is. only YOU know. oh my gosh i'm soooo happy and excited for you!! actually starting her on formula this early on will probably save you some stress. i wish i had given my son formula earlier, then i wouldn't have had 2 weeks of hell (even more hell for him who was starving, the poor thing). it just sucks that there really is no way of knowing if we're producing enough milk. i thought i was fine but apparently not. anyway, sorry for ranting!

i can't wait to see baby Olivia!! hope you have a speedy recovery!
