I never had normal periods well Sep. and Oct I got one and Dec. I got two in that month and yesterday I got a BFP(4weeks)today I think. .I am super happy I cant lie but super scared due to my weight loss surgery. I wanted to lose more weight I didn't think I could ever have babies since I ttc since 2008. I know my doctor is going to be so mad at me but I was so dumb to think I was never getting pregnant even after reading this board everyday .

First, congratulations!

Take a deep breath, you'll probably be just fine.  You may even find that your surgeon is a lot more supportive than you're expecting.  I got pregnant 6 months post sleeve and I now have a beautiful healthy 14 month old.  I had a super easy pregnancy and neither my ob nor my surgeon had any sleeve related concerns.  I focused on eating a variety of healthy foods (and gave in to plenty of cravings along the way) drinking lots of fluids, and taking my vitamins.  Good luck, I'm sure you'll do great!

Congrats and I agree everything should be fine--it happens more often than we think, since it's a common scenario to have infertility and not believe the surgeon that you need birth control!  Just make sure to take your vitamins and eat healthy---the baby will get what he/she needs from you!

You will do just fine. I went through the same thing...at 6m post op i found out i was 6w pregnant..at 25 , having pcos, and being off birth control since i was 19 i didnt think i could have children...EVER.... lol...SURPRISE. Although i wasnt at my surgeons goal he wasnt upset because I was at a healthy weight ...he wasnt mad at all or even disappointed. A miscarried naturally and my team of doctors determined it had NOTHING to do with my WLS. and i believe them .  kiss Good luck and i wish you a happy 9months. !!
