C-section CANCELLED!
So, he waited til the last minute, but baby Izaak has finally decided to turn head-down. So my c-section for this Friday has been cancelled, which is a relief, and I'm back to waiting for this little guy to decide it's time to be born, which is a bit of a bummer. haha
Here's hoping he's not as stubborn in deciding to make his debut as he was in deciding to turn! I'm so tired of being pregnant!
omg!! i'm gonna cry!! this is such amazing news!! you must have been so happy!! what a good boy! i was looking fwd to hearing thew news on friday but this is such a cool thing. and now its you and me in a race to the finish line! ha! ;) he's a stubborn little guy though. so who knows! my little ben seems really comfy and doesn't seem to be in any hurry. he's still pretty high up in my ribs. he hasn't dropped yet. but at least he's in position. but i'm not in a hurry. i'm surprisingly comfortable still. i'm really lucky. i've had a really easy pregnancy. i'm trying to enjoy this belly while i have it. :) but i am looking fwd to holding my little baby.
you better post something when you go into labor! even if its quick!
Thanks, everyone! I was kind of bummed that I no longer get to know when my baby boy will be here, but I am beyond thrilled that i don't have the pain and extra recovery of a csection to dread!
Meli - I will definitely post something. For now I'm working to try and get gravity to do me a favor. I haven't had his big ol head putting pressure on my cervix for weeks like most have at this point, so I'm on an exercise ball and up walking as much as possible. I honestly have no idea when this boy is going to decide to make an appearance, but Lord I hope it's soon! I am NOT comfortable! At all! LOL
I already know a few people due after me who are close or have given birth already, and it's starting to wear on my nerves LOL If you go before me I will be insanely jealous! ;)
