Still obese and looking at ECV. HELP?

Thanks. My little boy has been breech the whole time, too, and I honestly don't think he's going to turn. Just a feeling I have, I guess. I can't afford to private pay a chiropractor and my insurance doesn't cover them or acupuncture. I have tried some turning methods that I read about on spinningbabies.com, but they say they work best if you devote your time to doing the exercises a few times a day and for 20-30 minutes at a time. With a 4 year old to chase after and a newborn to prepare for it's just not feasible for me to keep up with their routine.

I'm a planner, too, so I very much like the idea of knowing exactly the day we'll get to meet our baby boy, but I'm not keen on the extra pain and recovery time and I'm worried about the increased risk of infection due to my large panni.

I'm LESS keen on the ECV idea, though... for the exact reasons your friends weren't thrilled with their experiences. There's a fairly high chance that it won't work and end up in an emergency c-section.

Thank you and good luck with your delivery and recovery! :)

My 1st son was breech up until the end.  Infact they did ultrasound when i came into L&D after my water broke and discovered he had turned.  You still have time for him to take his geography lesson and figure which way is out ;).  My delivery still resulted in c-section due to his head being ****eyed and was coming out ear first.....i knew he was going to be stubborn from the beginning lol.

Good luck
