This helps more than you know. I THINK we are about the same in weeks. I still have yet to be seen by the doctor to determine anything I hate waiting. Thank you for sharing your meal plan. I have no appetite. I just have to force myself to eat. Do you know if we are allowed to drink protein shakes during pregnancy? Thanks again. Good luck with everything!

I do every now and then I Drink the Atkins Protein shakes 150 calories 1 gram net carbs and 1 gram of sugar I think.  I drink alot Of vitamen water zero also I do Protein bars Peanubutter power crunch from walmart 13 grams protein 9 grams carb and 5 grams sugar. They have vanilla and peanutbutter fudge and chocolate too. Im alergic to chocolate which is why I eat alot of Peanubuter lol. Ive been to the dr quite a bit already bc I was having alot of bleeding at first but It finally stopped !. My dr said its important to drink alot of milk SO I do drink like 3 cups of skim milk a day for calcium and I do the yougurt for the same reason. My surgeon told me to stop taking my multi vit and only to the prenatel vitamens so be sure to ask about stuff like that bc at first I was taking My multi vit and Prenatel. I still do the calcium plus d and then the b12 and folic acid and now prenatel  but not the mulivitamen or vitamen c. have you made an apt to see a dr yet?

Well I will tell you I was only 2 months post op when I found out I was pregnant. I gave birth to my daughter on October 8, 2012 at 39 weeks 6 days and only because I had to be induced due to low fluid (which had nothing to do with my WLS), otherwise I'm pretty sure she had plans to stay in way longer! I had a very easy pregnancy, never had any of the horrible pregnancy side effects and I never once had Braxton Hicks. I labored for 8 hours and pushed 3 times and she was out! I think because I lost so much weight (and the bulk of it while being pregnant) I was much healthier and made it so much easier on me being pregnant that I didn't have a hard time with any of it. I don't think you should worry, I really don't think being 8 months post op will make it so your baby can't go full term.
