Almost 34 weeks! So close to the end! :D
Even though I made a complete withdrawal from school, I've been super busy. My daughter turned 4 on the 6th, so I've had her birthday party, her first dentist visit, her 4 year well child check, then my own appointments to attend. Aye aye aye!
My 1 year surgiversary was Thursday! Crazy how fast this past year flew by!
Baby Izaak and I are still doing good. At my last appointment (32 weeks), doctor said he'd gained about a pound since my previous visit, so assuming he's stayed that course, I've now got 5.5 pounds of baby boy goodness inside of me! That's how big my daughter was when she was born! I can tell he's getting bigger, too. I feel him way up high - right under my breasts and kicking my stomach and ribs. We only have 24 days til we are full term and 45 days til our due date! Still completely smooth sailing with no complications at all.
I'll leave you with my most recent belly shot taken this past Tuesday at 33 weeks :)

thats great! i think my little guy might be right up there in weight too bc i def feel him right under my bra a lot. last visit a month ago he was 3.5lbs. and he's def grown a bunch since then. so i wouldn't b surprised if he was 5lbs easily. i'm a little scared. my midwife says the carbs grow big babies. and since i'm delivering him (knock on wood) vaginally with no drugs thats a scary thought. i hope he doesn't get too big. i hope that more than i hope i don't gain too much weight. that frankly isn't that big a deal as him being able to come out without complications.
i was a pretty normal/small baby. 6lbs. my family is pretty petite (short mostly) but my husband's family are tall stalk. so maybe that has something to do with his size. just gotta remember that ultrasounds are give or take 2lbs in either direction. which is kind of scary, if he's 2lbs bigger than the ultrasound says! yikes!! i get my next ultrasound on tuesday. i'm so looking fwd to it. but also kind of nervous of how big he is now.

I should be getting another ultrasound in the next couple of weeks to check if baby boy is still breech, but I won't have anything until then.
It is very true about u/s's potentially being up to 2 pounds off. It can go the other way, too, though, ya know? The day I went in to be induced to have my daughter, they gave me an u/s to estimate her size and they said 7lb10oz. Less than 24 hours later, she came out a WHOPPING 5lb9oz! So yeah, they were way off. But, being heavier back then, my doctor had no clue by feeling how big she was. This time him being able to feel and estimate plus the u/s measurements, I think I can trust them a little more. I'm scared, too, though. If he continues with the 1/2 pound gain per wee****il birth, I'm looking at an 8+ pounder! YIPES! Much different from the tiny little thing that came out of me the first time around!
I can't wait to hear your next update! :)
