obsessive 2WW

So of course this is the first month we are officially "trying" and i went right away back to obsessing over every symptom of my 2ww.  1.5 years of taking a break during surgery did nothing for my patience of ttc. :) 

i got a positive opk on last thursday night, through friday night.  So I think I ovulated Saturday.  I have a sore throat and low grade fever (99.4) now and am worried that i'm actually getting sick and its not pregnancy related symptoms lol. 

i'm trying to think positive and would love to hear anyone else's very early preg. symptoms prior to getting a + HPT? 

My first sign of preg was freq. urination.....like once every 1-2hours.  This occured with all three of my preg.  When i was trying for 6mo to get preggers with my little bear (now 3mo) i called my sister and said i have to be preggers i cant stop peeing.  10 days after the deed i took a HTP (cheepo from Dollar tree) and got a BFP.  It's strange the little things we notice when you are growing a little bean :).

Thanks for the reply!  I am just feeling really different this cycle.  Not sure if it's just the mental aspect of it but I just feel so positive.  I am definitely peeing more but only in the mornings and in the middle of the night (i usually sleep right through the night), but i heard that that can be a sign around 6 weeks due to increase of pressure on your bladder so didn't consider that a sign/symptom.  My low grade temp seems to have gone away so guessing it was a cold, but i did have a sore throat this morning which again is unusual.  I'm just going to keep hoping and hopefully this next week will go by quickly.  My period is due on Friday next week so if it does not come I will take a test Saturday.  It would be wonderful if this was the cycle that worked because next Friday is the anniversary of my mother in laws death so this would be really good news for my husband on an otherwise sad time. 

im at that stage myself and i understand the constant wondering if im pregnant...every time i go to the toilet, every headache, every twinge in my boobs etc etc...its horrible :(
