Egg retrieval.

 Well they harvested 11 eggs today! Not too shabby.t it's amazing to think our embryos are being created right now! We should know more about fertilization tomorro. Dear Jesus, please breathe Your breath of life into the children you want us to have .

Good luck!  I got 11 with my second (successful) IVF.  10 were mature, 8 fertilized.  3 put back, 2 stuck, lost 1 at 11 weeks.  I have 4 on ice...

Question- does your medical insurance cover these retrievals or do you pay out of pocket?

 Thanks y'all. It's out of pocket. My pocketbook hurts, but I think of it like this, cars are expensive and we still need them,   And a child is more important than a car. Hope this time works!

 Wow- I wish I had your pocketbook!  I work for a hospital that provides fertility services, and you would think that my health insurance would cover it- NOT!  It's very frustrating!!!  I know that there are certain states that by law must your employer must provide insurance and covers fertility services. Maybe my DH needs to get a new in New Jersey (the closest state to us that has this law)?!?!? Sometimes I wish we weren't moving into a new house and used our money for IVF.

That seems like a lot of eggs. Good luck with everything. I know that you are wanting this a lot.
