B12 SUBLINGUIAL

HI,

How much B12 sublingul vitamin do you take? I bought one that has 2500 mg but not sre if that too much?

Sounds about right, that's what I take, one, once a day under my tongue.  My labs are great since I have been taking it - 3 years now.
