Well I don't post often, because there's not a lot going on other than being preggers.  This by far has been a very easy pregnacy (knock on wood).  No BP probs like my last preg, infact it's been staying very low 100's/50's.  I am feeling fine and baby is growing like a weed.  I have been super active as i have with my last preg. (never really let it slow me down unless told by OB) and headed to DC this weekend for a little family jaunt.  My daughter came home from school one day and was ober excited to tell me about this GIANT statue of a dead president they have there....lol.  I told her we would go see it this summer and viist the zoo.  For the last 2 wks all my kiddos have said is it time to go to DC yet :).  Then the following weekend I am taking my Girl Scout troop camping...ugh...thank goodness for the co-leader and assist. leaders that will be doing most of the work.  In between all that i am still working full time (my job isnt that hard :)) and doing the normal mommy stuff that comes with it all.  Oh and i have the most wonderful bump....wish i was able to post a pick.....as i am LUVIN IT!!  A far cry from being 335lbs and just looking fatter :).  Although i have gained 30lbs, but i am still wearing the same size scrub pants (atleast that what i keep telling myself) so it's not that bad.  I have a weigh-in with my weightloss and nutrition dr today and not looking forward to it as i have prob bout 3lbs of water weight from the edema in legs and feet....errr...and havent seen her in about 2mo so i know the numbers are giong to sound bigger than i want to hear.

On a less than happy note my hubby was just informed last week that he has some sort of mass that will need biopsied.  WOW what a shocker he went for an U.S. of what they thought was a hernia and then recieved a call from MD and said its a mass.  He goes in for a sugical consult on 6/21 in the AM to see what he thinks and schedule a biopsy.  Being preggers and getting this kind of news is not the greatest in the world, but we have to keep going like nothing is going on (for the kiddos****il we find out what this may be.  I feel so bad for him and can only imagine how he is feeling (his mom died from cancer when he was 18).  I know how i am feeling and it totally sucks.  We have been together for 10yrs and is my complete other half, we go everywhere together as a family.  I have several friends that are single moms or they are not "happily married" and i thank GOD everyday for the wonderful man he has given me. As a nurse i know the chances of it being cancer where it is located is rare with his age, but the chance is there and it is freaks me out.  I did call and get the appt. moved up to this week b/c this waiting is killing us, so that is a good thing....sigh...

Well i better qiut rambling and crying and get back to work.  Just thought i would let you all know that things are going well for baby and I.  If you could keep my hubby in your prayers that would be great.

Praying that everything is ok with your hubby!!!  What a scary thing to have to go through anytime, let alone when you're pregnant.  My hubby had heart surgery during my first pregnancy and I was such a mess!  It is so easy to let your mind go to all the worst case scenarios, but just try to stay positive.  Be sure to let us know when you get news!

Hope everything continues to go so well with the pregnancy!

Thanks......yes and all the hormones don't make it any easier.  I know better then to think that way, but as humans we tend to think of the worse and hope for the best.  I will keep you all posted.

Praying for you and your hubby.  That's so scary.  Your realistic side knows everything will most likely be absolutely fine but your heart gets carried away with worry.  (ever so much worse I think when you're pregnant).  All will be well.

Hope you have a great summer and kids enjoy the trip to DC!!

Don't forget through your worry and being brave for the kids to keep taking good care of you!!
