Update...
Went to see my OB/GYN a few weeks ago for my annual, and to try to figure out the root of all my "pregnancy-like" symptoms. She sent me to get a bunch of hormones checked... all were normal. Today I went for an ultrasound, no baby hiding in there, no cysts, no tumors or anything scary... but still no explanation. I'm relieved they haven't found anything serious, but I'm still concerned about all the symptoms I'm having. I'm still nursing so I don't have periods yet, which doesn't help any with knowing if things are "working right". Tomorrow I go see my surgeon for an unrelated hernia, so I'm hoping maybe he can help find a cause for at least some of the symptoms (like the cramping, bloating, and fatigue). As much as I was convinced I was pregnant, I must say that I'm not disappointed that I'm not (although I'd much rather have them find a baby than a tumor). I'm really enjoying my time with Liam as the baby, and I want to wait until next summer (or so) before having #3.
