Lunch Ideas

I am 17 weeks pregnant and looking for some good lunch ideas.  I have a mini-fridge at work, but no microwave oven.  I cannot stomach mayo so any chicken salad/tuna salad options are out.  Prior to pregnancy I would make a turkey/cheese sandwich on arnold's thins.  Right now I am doing a lot of cheese/crackers, apples/berries, yogurt and veggies/ranch.  Wishing I had something a little more substantial to eat as my main lunch.  Any ideas?

I still ate deli meat during my pregnancy. I feel it's fine if you trust the source your getting it from (and I've had 4 healthy pregnancies and kids). What about cottage cheese, cheese sticks, peanuts or nuts, beef jerkey, protein bars, salads, hard boiled eggs, pb&j sandwhich or an occasional protein drink? You are out of your 1st trimester, so carbs are not as important as the beginning (my mid-wife even told me to eat the high protein things and less carbs), but I wouldn't be afraid to eat some carbs (especially the good ones and if they substain you longer). Hope that was somewhat of help to you!

I could not stomach much for the first 4 months and ate mostly crackers and cheese. I could tollerate sf carnation instant breakfast too. I must have been fully malnurished for those weeks.

Thank you everyone for the suggestions.  I hadn't even thought about pb & j sandwiches, they are definitely giving me that extra something that I need during the day.
