am i wierd for picking out names before im even pregnant?

 me and my husbands names both start with an  S so we decided all our kids would have the same initals SD S being first name and D being the last name anyways we decided on 2  names

Girl: Suzi Dawn
Boy:Samuel David 

is this normal or am i wierd we want a baby so bad am just waiting until we can start trying i have pcos so im hoping the surgery will make it easier for me to conceive when the time is right thanks for reading

It doesn't matter when you pick out the name. We knew what name we wanted if we ever had a girl long before I was pregnant (before we were even TTC). Of course, we ended up having a boy and didn't have any boy names picked out   :P

 thats totally normal. i had names picked out when i was 20. lol. of course 10 years later they're no longer the names i want. we picked out our current names before this pregnancy. and you know what? it still might change when we actually find out the sex.

I don't think it's weird.  I wish we had been that decisive.  We didn't pick a name until a week before she was born.

Nope, not weird.  I've had my girl's name picked out for about 6 years now.  If only I could get my husband to pick up the pace on deciding a boy's name.

I have always thought of names from the time I was naming my baby dolls till now! like Meli said its a total girl thing :) Just be aware that you may end up changing your mind. But no big deal

 Totally normal. Hubby and I have been trying for 5 years and we have names. Though they have changed over the years. As of now we have chosen Abigail Grace for a girl and Benjamin Paul for a boy! 

no u are not wierd.  I have had names picked out for a long time. I know what its like to see AF every month and just want to cry.  Its been three long years of trying and not even a scare.  Our names are:
girl -  Victoria Mae Kristy
boy - Charles Trent  Randy

Kristy and Randy are the names of my hubby's late siblings.   I want them in there even though the kids would be saddled with 2 middle names.
