At 3.5 months post op I hope it was just wishful thinking. Glad you are being careful and giving your body time to heal before starting onto another journey. You will be so much better off being healthier when it truly is the right time.
I can't wait to see you post in the future about being pregnant (and not just in your dreams!)... there's lots of support here on this board so don't be a stranger.
