Bfeeding question

Hey everyone,

I hope all is doing well. I just had a quick question. Do you all think it will be ok to do the 5 day pouch test since I am not exculsively breast feeding anymore? I only breast feed a few times a day. Just wondering. I steped on the scales this morning and liked to haved cryed I have got to get this thing undercontrol!

I did the 5 day pouch test while breast feeding and got a severe case of vertigo from lack of enough calories. My experience is to jus****ch your food intake and drink lots of water.
