29 weeks pregnant & no appetite. :(

I've been going through a lot of stress throughout my pregnancy, but my daughter has stayed strong. Me- not so much. I spoke to my daughter's girlfriend yesterday & she told me that he's hoped that I had a miscarriage all along & that the only reason that he ever went to ultrasounds or doctor's appointments were in hopes that my daughter wouldn't have a heartbeat. I didn't hear this from his mouth, but now his number is changed & he blocked me on Facebook. So needless to say, I'm stressed out. I'm not sure if this is causing my appetite loss or what, but I haven't eaten anything in 2 days. Sometimes I can't even drink. I don't really know what to do. Any suggestions?

You need to eat something and find healthy ways to deal with that stress.  It was really unclear from your post as to who doesn't want you to have this baby.  Your boyfriend? your daughter's girlfriend?  what? who?  Anyway... sounds like you are having a lot of stress right now and you don't need that.  I'd strongly suggest going to a therapist to work through some of these issue and to find healthy ways to deal with it.  You do need to force yourself to eat right now.  Your baby really needs it now as he/she is in a major developmental stage right now and needs all the nutrients it can get.  You are massively depleating yourself because the baby will take what it needs first and then you get what's left over.  If you're not eating anything then you are depleating both you and the baby.  Not healthy at all.

Your baby needs you to be strong and get in as many calories as possible. I'd go back to basics like what you did w/ liquids post-op and add protein drinks. If you'd like somemore immediate feedback and support you should join the FB group for folks prego post WLS- what's your FB name?
