getting back on track
I had my baby 10 weeks ago and am fiding it hard getting with the program. I was told to have a normal round diet while prego and was wondering if its safe for the baby if i go back to a high protien diet? I still seem to have good restriction. Its not as it use to i can eat more but im wanting to see if i can get that restriction back. How did you ladies do it? I managed to be all baby weight and lost another 20 pounds on top of that during pregnancy. I was 200 at my first prego weigh in and was 180 after she was born. Im now 184 and want to pit a stop to the gain asap. I was released to do normal activities 2 weeks ago.
