Pregnant after the RNY
Hey everyone, I'm 15 weeks pregnant and 15 months post op after the RNY Gastric Bypass. So far I've not gained any weight, in fact, I believe I lost some (I've been traveling due to moving with the military), so I can't be 100% certain, because of the differences in the scales. I stopped losing a few months before I got pregnant, as I leveled out (I fluctuated between 158-162 depending on the time of month), but with the stress of the move things went into my mouth and I got up to 165, which I held continuously until this last week and a half where I dropped from 165 to 160.
Anyways, just wanted to stop in and introduce myself to everyone :)

Congrats! I lost about 12 pounds during my first trimester, and my baby was born perfectly healthy, so as long as your doc isn't concerned, I wouldn't be, either :)
