I really don't think you need to up your calories to 1800 a day. That just seems excessive. But maybe try to shoot for 1000-1200/day??? Truth be told, early pregnancy requires little (if any) extra calorie intake as the baby just doesn't grow rapidly until the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. I would talk to your surgeon and/or your NUT to figure out the calorie/vitamin regimen and not your PCP or OB/GYN. You're not the same as every other patient they see.
P.S. I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant and just 6 months out from my RNY tomorrow. We are not the first to have gone through pregnancy so soon after WLS and certainly won't be the last. Take a deep breath and relax. :) Congratulations!

I got pregnant 6 months out from having my sleeve done (I did it on purpose though). No issues, probably ate about 1200 calories a day, took all my vites, drank lots of water, etc. I gained 18lbs during my pregnancy (was almost at goal when I got pregnant). My son was born in November and is perfectly healthy. You'll be fine! Good luck.
I agree with Paula.
I was at 130lbs, over 18 months postVSG when I got pregnant last year, and since I was in a normal BMI, under my surgeon's goal weight, my prescribed caloric intake was 1700-1800 calories(which was only 200-400 calories more than what I ate in maintenance on a daily basis).
Here's a cool little calculator, it's not exact, but it's pretty close to what my perinatologist (high risk ob) told me to shoot for on a daily basis.

The second link talks about all kinds of "eating while pregnant" stuff.
