I found online that in the process of washing the sperm you can pay and extra fee to have the sperm
Seperated and only have either female or male placed in cervix when doing IUI. Anyone have any more information on that? Anyone do it?
not sure of the exact science but I've heard they spin the sample and the faster males swim to the top and the slower females drift to the bottom or something to that affect. Not sure how accurate that is but its just what I have heard.
