Anyone get pregnant cd 41+?

 I'm visiting husband been with him for about 9 days now. Mind you i have not seen him sense late January. My last period started 2/15 with the help of provera and then I went and had an HSG done.I was told that my tubes were clear and everything looks normal. Now today I all of a sudden have very sore breasts. I'm not sure what to think because before my provera induced period my cycle went 128 days! I'm on 1500mg metformin too. 

Do you know when you ovulated?  Have you been doing OPK's? 

I think anything is possible.  With my first pregnancy, I went off the pill in January, had a period the first week of February and then nothing... I got pregnant around the middle of April.  It was really just dumb luck because we weren't "trying" yet, used condoms some of the time, and did nothing to track ovulation.  I guess the only way to know for sure is to take a test.
