Constipation
So my doctor warned me it would likely happen... and she was right. With the extra vitamin in my daily regimen, I find myself pretty backed up. I've tried adding more fiber and have been getting at least 80 oz of water every day, but neither of those changes seem to be making any difference.
So let's hear it. What, if anything, do you ladies use to help get things moving more easily? I've left a message for my doctor already asking what is safe to use. I just have to get more regular or this is going to be a very uncomfortable pregnancy.

Try drinking some 100% juice. Anytime I've had issues with constipation, this has helped. Yes, it has lots of calories, lots of carbs, blah blah blah, but I really don't think that one 8oz glass is the end of the world. I actually water mine down to make it about 24oz because I find straight apple juice to be too sweet. Good luck!
Have you tried Fiber-One bars? They really helped and I didn't have to resort to chemicals. Sometimes it took two a day and it didn't "take" until the next day, but once everything settled down it stayed that way for the most part. Once I got back to being regular I just ate one a day.
