Dumping syndrome

This happened in my first pregnancy as well.  I seem to have become very sensitive and it is very easy for me to dump which if it's bad enough can make me sleep really hard for an hour or 2 and wake up feeling like death.  What are the effects on the baby with that kind of spike/crash I am assuming happens when I dump like that?  It happened all the time with my son who is now 2 so I am not too concerned but I am going to be more cautious with my food now because I don't like feeling like death.  LOL.
