I breastfed for a whole year... My little guy got all he needed. He was in the 90th to 95th percentile for every check up.
you tell me if this little guy got what he needed :-)

I also breastfed my son for one year and he self weaned as Jessica's daughter did. We had to use very little if any supplement. I did not have the best supply but was lucky that he was not a big eater. I used Fenugreek to supplement (natural herb that comes in lots of forms) as well as Brewer's yeast. You can also make Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Lactation cookies...any excuse for cookies, lol

Baby will get enough nutrition as long as YOU have enough nutrition - keep up with your supplements, and keep having labs run regularly.

Yes you can.  It's amazing what our bodies can do.  I got pregnant just 3 months post op and had a healthy baby girl weighing 8 lbs 7 oz even though I lost 105 lbs while pregnant.  I breastfed and she was very healthy.  Just continue taking all your vitamins.  That is very important.
