I had mine removed on Jan 5th.  Spotted for nearly a week..then had a normal period starting on the 13th.  Ovulated and got pregnant!!!  It can happen right away.  I am 6 weeks pregnant today.
Depending on what part of your cycle you had your Mirena removed you could have ovulated right away and gotten pregnant without having a cycle after removal.  I was due for my next cycle on the 10th..so was thrown off only by 3 days.  But I was one who had a normal cycle the whole time I had my Mirena.  They never stopped like they do for some women.
I would test.  Did you have normal cycles before and during the Mirena use?  I never had normal periods and was told that if I didn't have a period within 2 months I would need to go back to  provera to bring on a withdrawl bleed.  Of course my gyn based that on my prior to surgery pcos and more than 20 years of infertility and the fact that I am soon to be 44.  She was very shocked as were we to find out we were pregnant on the very first cycle after removal.  LOL
