I have pubic symphsis dysfunction. I had it really bad when I was pregnant, and it is about 20% better since I had my son, and that was 14 months ago. I do exercises, but carrying anything sends me into pain for days.
Sorry, I don't have any advice except find out what causes the pain, and minimise it. No uterus trouble for me, thankfully
