Does anyone know......??
Hey, I need someone to clarify for me...
They say that an average woman has a 28 day cycle...and she ovulates about 14 days from the 1st day of her last period....
What if you have a 45 day cycle? Do you still ovulate 14 days after the 1st day of your last period and it just takes longer to get your period or do you ovulate later and it still takes about 14 days from ovulation to get your period??
I don't know why I don't know the answer to this question? Help please!

I would think the only way to know is to test to see when you're ovulating. You could start at home using home OPKs.
There's a really good book I highly recommend. Taking Charge of Your Fertility. I seriously didn't know anything about TTC and how the actual cycle worked until I read it! Here's a link. http://www.amazon.com/Taking-Charge-Your-Fertility-Anniversary/dp/0060881909
I've recommended it to friends who also loved it and learned a lot! You can probably find a used copy at most bookstores or order one for cheap on amazon or ebay! Good luck :)
