One week down in losing 20 pounds!
Hey ladies!!
So last week I told you guys that I am trying to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight (170), and I wanted to lose 20 pounds. My goal is to lose 2 pounds a week and this week I DID IT!!
I started off at 188 and this morning the scale keeps jumping between 185-186. Woohoo! I am making this happen! My goal for this week is to do another 2 pounds so I gotta weigh 184. I just got off my treadmill and I feel gooooood!! I'm ready to take on this week!
Oh and by the way I beat my husband in weight loss this week! He lost .44% and I lost 1.06%!
