I don't think they are the same since my kids would both get gassy upset tummies with simalac but nothing with enfamil no matter if it was the soy or sensitive tummy kinds
My kids peditrician said that they are the same and often times the store brands are even made by the same companies. My kids drank the nutramagin by enfamil by the dr's office would get samples of the alimentum by similac and i would interchange them with no problems. check out the ingrediants.
The nurse practioner at my pediatricians office said they are both the same, but I like enfamil better. I did try a small can of the similac and it was more bubbly from mixing it. I think it's best to stick with one kind!
