Any old timers remember me?

It's been a while... but I'm back! Just shy of 18 weeks along with our 4th baby (3rd baby since RNY in 2007).

Had our ultrasound last week and found out we are expecting BABY BOY #4. We keep going for that girl, but apparantly 4 boys in a row was just in our cards!

This is what I'm most concerned about other than the obvious health and well being of my baby...I've done this pregnancy thing now at so many different health levels. My first pregnancy being before surgery and extremely overweight (300lbs), my 2nd pregnancy shortly after my RNY (220lbs), My 3rd pregnany close to goal weight (165lbs), and now my 4th pregnancy back up at an unhealthier version of me (216lbs). I'm pretty frustrated, I've pretty much been continuously pregnant since my surgery, which is what I chose for myself. I've been lazy with the rules and allowed myself to gain this weight back and not make the needed effort to loose it again. Although I'm so happy to be where I am as a Mommy, I'm terrified of the direction I'm heading again with my weight.

Anyone else struggling with these kind of issues and can and did you do anything about it while pregnant?

I remember you!  Congrats on your pregnancy.  I am pregnant for the 5 time, first keeper so far.  I starteed this pregnancy out at 230 and I am still 230.  The lowest I got was 206 and that was with my first pregnancy.  I think that having 4 mc's really put me on a bad track with the rules.  I turned back to comfort food.  I am hoping that I don't gain too much with this one and since I am having a summer baby, I plan on getting back to walking as much as possible and getting back on track with the rules.  I had ms really bad this time and I think that is why I am maintaining my weight.  Even though that is gone, I feel as though my pouch has shrunk because I can not eat like I used too.  SO maybe I am on the right track.  Good luck with everything.

I'm on baby #3, 2nd since my lap band. I had my first pre lap band baby at 370 lbs, my 2nd baby after losing 120 lbs at 260, and now this one I've gained back and started this one at 325. I am making the decision to get a tubal during my C section. I have a hard time having a little one who needs to eat so often and not eating myself. Plus I really need time to plan and prepare my meals and it has been really hard for me with little one's who want so much of my time, so then I end up eating things that are quick but not as healthy. I'm hoping I can get back to losing again too. Good luck to you with your 4th boy (I'm having my 3rd girl), and also good luck on the weight loss.
