The RE wants a sperm analysis on dh. It's only $150.00 out of pocket but I'm wondering if his PCM can request it to be tested?? Have you all had to pay out of pocket for that?? Thanks

Im thinking they would but he would have to get it all done at the military hospital. My friend talked to her Dr about fertility issues and im almost possitive that they check both the man and women to see what type of treatment has to be done to achieve a pregnancy. she even got inseminated w few times wile she was doing her treatments

My husband had his done at our MTF, and it was covered. The criteria for it to be covered was that we had been actively TTC without successful conception for  at least 12 months. We went to his PCM, she did a full exam and physical, and then put in the order for the analysis.
