RE appt 1-9...
Later today is my first re appt. my actual first appt didn't go as planned and I was unable to do my appt due to some issues. Those issues are now taken care of so I believe today will end up being good. I'm really having a lot of anxiety about this appt sense last time it was so devistating. I hope I am making the right decision by sticking with my appt. I keep thinking to myself "what's is going to hurt going to an appt where I can be diagnosed and recieve help?" the biggest thing I'm stressing over us my husband is active duty AF and the office I'm going to wants to know his information but he's not authorized to be seen by the facility. I am not using tricare for this appt. but I fear they will turn us away again due to them not being able to have full access to him. But, he's not the person with the infertility issues I am. He has two daughters. I just want the help we need, even if it's just getting my period back. Anyone feel like giving me their feed back would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Thank you,
No offense but you need to be completely honest with your RE. I knew I was the problem when my husband and I went to our first appt... however they still ran the tests on him...
Plus the more support you have the better.
You have PCOS you need to see a RE... One they need to see how serve your problem is and then give you the proper rounds of meds and fertility meds. Many who have PCOS are clomid resistant so you need to use FEMARA...
Seeing an RE is a serious thing... yes it won't hurt to have someone help. If you really want to get pregnant than you need to follow through with your appts and testing.

I agree with Sarah, be honest with the RE and the office.
Secondly, don't rule out that all the problems lie with you not being able to get pregnant. My DH is the issue with us not being able to get pregnant- he has 2 boys (5&3) with his e.. He was totally convinced that he wasn't the problem- he thought because of my age and my helath history that it was me, but low and behold after going through all the testing with our RE- he is the problem (low sperm count)!
Good Luck!
