Love this forum... HATE RNY Forum

OMG... The RNY forum is nasty!  I just got hated on because I responded to Channel's post questioning the 5DPT and being supportive of her.  That forum is filled w/mean ******es!  and they say Pregnant women can be emo crazy?!  Zoinks!

I am a lap bander and my forum is okay but dont you dare post anything on the main one they are the same way! CRAAAAZZZZYYY!!

I went and read the post....Wow Sure do seem to have quite a few know-it-alls over there. We all know Channel wants nothing more than a healthy baby and to be a healthy mommy. I think your advice was completely valid and helpful. The "no disrespect" lady seems to have a case of "Those who know the least seem to know the loudest!" BTW congrats on being in your second trimester! 

Right?!  I was ready to kick her in the taco! hahahahaha!  Where is HER certification for the know-it-all advice?!  And thx! I'm super excited to be in my 2nd tri.

I noticed OH has cracked down hard on the main board and several of the bullies have been kicked! 
Unfortunately there are people who think their opinions are the end all be all of opinions and thus the only ones that should matter! We all have them but there's never a need to be mean to someone who's just looking for input and advise! 

Thx Manda. I completely agree. And the crazy know it all lady jusy posted again on my reply... this time only a much longer post. So done w/that drama. I deleted my posts on that thread... never to return to that forum again. Staying here and the LGBT forun. Thank you!

I'm sorry but feel the same way about the lap band forum...there are some mean ole bitty's there...If you ladies are on FB send me a friend request... there is a private ( a few)  and I wil add if you are interested.

I stop going there year or so ago.I see they have made changes.I got knocked for my spelling.Totally different here.

I hear you!! Although my issue was with the VSG forum. Lots of militant grouchiness, way over the top IMHO. I think some people were soooo poorly treated when they were overweight that they lose the kindness with the weight, sad. Reminds me that there are meanies everywhere...

I am married to a ginger..you know the "kick a ginger" thingy?...I would love to start a "kick a cow in the C&#T* day....seriously..rude I know but COME ON!! Being nice is FUN!...LOL

Oh I know what you mean. The Lap Band forum erupts into "surgery wars" about every week. Over here, we have all surgery types and yet we all manage to get along fine. I suppose because we're al at a time when our surgery is not necessarily the most important thing in our lives.
