ok sorry ladies but gotta ask for the past 2 days #2 is diarea galore and i hate it any suggestions to go back to normal im 16 week 4days and lil cramping today tired alot but this issue is driving me crazy any suggestions

 more fiber actually, and really push fluids that could be why you are cramping. You loose a lote of water with the runs and really need to drink a ton of water. Hope you get to feeling better, sent up a prayer.

ty ill try that i gota up my water to at least 3 or 4 16.9 ozz its hard since been prego all i crave it cafeene free diet coke its weird

Try eating a little more cheese, bananas, applesauce, and toast. They should help bind you up a little bit.

ty ive been so lazy havent made lunch and have to wait till get home to eat i had bagel and apple so far today and edamame beans i just dread going the bathroom right now i got [;enty of bananas at home gonna try that ty

I'm sorry you are going through this. I have chronic diahrea due to taking metformin and having my gallbladder out a few months ago. My RE gave me a list of approved medications to take for different ailments during pregnancy and imodium was on the list for diahrea. Along with the BRAT diet that others listed above. I find that it helps a lot. Another thing that helps me is taking a probiotic. You can get that in yogurt as well, but if don't want to eat a ton of yogurt you can get it in a pill.
