I'm out this month.... but still optimistic
So I did my Menopur injections for five days then went back in for my US to see how my uterine lining and follies were responding to the hormones. It looks like they were growing but not quickly enough. My uterine lining was still very thin. I had three lead follies on each side but none bigger than 6.8 mm. So.... on with the plan...
two week break - No hormones, no anything... then
21 days of of birth control pills to force a period... then...
back in on cd1, 2, or 3 for a baseline US.
Start Menopur on cd3 - 3 vials per night for three nights...then 2 vials per night for two more nights....then...
US on cd8 to see how my body is responding to the higher dose of Menopur.
So.... I am disappointed that my body didnt respond to the lower dose of Menopur, but I am glad to have a new plan now that we know how my body responds.
Thank you for all the prior good thoughts and prayers. I appreciate them all.

Congrats on having a solid plan!
I am currently pregnant thanks to an injection cycle with IUI myself! My dose of meds needed to be increased mid-cycle to get my follicles to grow appropriately. Its a lot of guess work the first cycle. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you for next cycle! Good luck!

Don't worry about the first time around. When we did IVF, my follicles were very slow to grow as well. Instead of 2 wks on the Menopure, Follistim, & Lupron (yes... 3 shots nightly) it took an extra 8 days for my follicles to get to the size they needed to be. Doc was preparing me if we needed to cancel the IVF that cycle. OH... and about 10 days into the meds, they increased my dosage of the meds as well. Don't worry... sometimes it takes a little longer for the eggies to grow. But don't give up hope... never give up hope! BCP for a cycle is actually a good thing in your case. You need to get regular!
