I just found out today I am expecting. I am so excited, but I need to beef up on my vitamins. I am taking a strong multi, but I know I need more. I am going to try your regimen until I get to the dr. Congratulations to you!!!!!

my doctor said that the folic acid in my prenatal is enough, so I quit taking the extra 400 mcg of FA. I looked on my prenatal and there is 800 mcg of FA. I read online that you should get 600 mcg of FA a day and no more than 1,000 mcg of FA.

Congrats Wendy!!
