Update
Hey Ladies!!
So I went to the DOC yesterday for my 15 week blood work results and for a reg F/U The good news is the babies heart was great and rapid! LOL the blood was negative for spinabifphida,Excuse my spelling. :)
The bad news for me was that I'm 223lbs and on September 19Th when I got an unfill i was 197,
which means I have gained 26 pounds already and I have a longs ways to go. :( The bad news is I'll be starting insulin which is making me depressed. I've come to far!!! What am I doing wrong? I'm also worry about stretching my pouch/Band
Anyone else have this problem?? I appreciate your feedback if any.

The obvious question for both your issues (the weight gain and the insulin): how's your diet?
I too was disappointed when the specialist told me that I needed to take my insulin again...Since surgery I was only taking pills with each meal and my A1C level was 6.5! the Lowest it has ever been. However my fasting blood levels was anywhere from high 80s to high 90's and the doctor wanted them a little lower. So I started to take a little bit of insulin before each meal. It made a difference but the thought of sticking myself constantly along with checking my levels sucked! BUT I did it because I wanted a healthy me and a healthy baby; and I know you will do the same. Hugs to you I know it's not easy but it will all be worth it when you hold that little one in your arms.
Good luck to you!
