Excercise.
Walking is always good and you can do some light weight lifting as long as your OB says it's fine. Think no more than 5lbs. I like to stick to the basics. I've been doing a lot of Leslie Sansone's walk away the pounds DVD's. I just do a mile on days I have the energy. A swim class would be great too, it would really help with any hip or back pain!
