TTC list for 11/20/11

Hello to all the TTC ladies!
How was your week? Carrie..... did you get a BFP???

I am a hormonal mess! haha. I am doing my first injectable drug cycle. I am using HMG with an HCG trigger and IUI. I had an ultrasound this morning that showed my right ovary has bigger and more follicles developing than my left ovary (opposite of what we wanted since I don't have a fallopian tube on the right) and my estrogen is not at the level my RE wants it. So, he increased my dose of the HMG for the next 4 days and I go back in for another ultrasound on Thanksgiving morning. It wasn't bad news per say... just not great news. I have bawled on and off all day. This is way more emotionally draining than I thought. In hindsight I should have waited to start this until after the hollidays.

Anyway...

I got it!! The first two tests were very faint! So I wanted to wait a few days before I got to excited.

I am so excited, I am starting to feel it more and more everyday. 

One thing that I tried differently was I used pre-seed.  It is the sperm friendly lubricant, in Canada the fertility clinics recommend it so I tried! 

I just got married on Nov 5th and we left for our honeymoon a day later this is when we conceived! Perfect timing.

I am sorry to hear that you are an emotional mess, I can only imagine what you are going through and I and hoping you all the best this upcoming month.

congrats Carrie!  I knew it would happen for you after the wedding.  Pre-wedding is so stressful!  We TTC before our wedding too with BFN's each time.

Thank you so much, you are right! We ovulated on our honeymoon and took full advantage of it.

Congrats to you as well, we just just got back and I have been just catching up on your BFP -what great news! You and your family must be so excited. How long are you waiting till you tell your extended family you are pregnant if you dont mind me asking.

My family knows already as do our close friends.  Apparently we have a lot of close friends! LOL.  I'm very close with my folks and my brother/SIL/nephews.  So they all know.  We had soooooooooo many people praying for us.  We had to share.  We're not fully public on the news... ie: not out on FB or to the whole church.  But we do plan on "coming out" next week after our 8w2d US.

I'm still in the 2WW, I can test on Friday, but I might do it Thursday.....hopefully I can have something to be thankful for (besides for my DH)!!

Well i am officially back TTC, after my MC back at the end of sept i got green light today by my OBGYN. I might be already pregnant actually my DH and I did it on the 14 and the condom broke but we thought oh well and next day i ovulated (i have pain when ovulating), my DH is sure he got me pregnant but we will see on the 25 or 26 that i will test. We started trying in august i got pregnant on out first cycle but MC in late Sept. Keeping my finger cross
