Hi, I'm Tiffany I'm 40 with 3 wonderful children 3,6 and 11 but ny hubbyy is pushing for number 4. I will be 2 years out from my DS in December but I'm not sure where to start as far as what Doctor's to see. OBGYN of course, surgeon maybe, nutritionist. I have never had an issue conceiving in the past but is a fertiliity specialist a must due to the surgergical changes in my body. Then there is the vits, the nutrition, the weight gain. HELP!! I have so many questions and would love some advice form someone who has been or is going through a similar situation. I'm in the beginning of this process and any advice would be appreciated. Congrats to all the new mommies and mommies-to-be.

Hugs, Tiffany

prob your ob and surgeon to start.. then go from there... i dont think you need a fert specialist unless you have trouble conceiving... keep your vits the same.. you can switch your mutli to a prenatal.... you only need 300 more calories to support you and the baby.... you will gain weight- dont stress over it... good luck!
