I have always had high testosterone sense being diagnosed with PCOS, sense my surgery the PCOS has subsided. Now that only symptom I have it high testosterone. On my lab results the max # for testosterone is 45, mine is 82, which is down from 92 when I had my last labs done in Feb. Does anyone have information as to how I can lower my testosterone? and do you know if it's going to cause me issues when trying to get pregnant?

I had similar issues with levels being low or elevated for various hormones as I also have PCOS. I was able to conceive with the help of a specialist and assisted with meds. It took time but was worth it as I have a healthy and happy 4 yr old son.
For me Clomid did not work  after max dose and 5 cycles and I was not reacting well to Metformin which is a Diabetes drug for insulin control so I used Avandia instead, which is now not used.
I also took Femara in place of Clomid and was on Viagra suppositories that helped to thicken my uterine lining and an HCG trigger shot as well.
I now do take Metformin for my PCOS but it is a time released capsule which is much better for me.

I'm the same as Samara. I am Clomid resistant... I have to take femara to help me ovulate. I also was on the time release metforim...

I am now pregnant with baby #2 due in May/June.

Good Luck.
