Ruby is 18 Months Old Today! Halloween Pics
I can't even believe that my little girl is a year and a half old today. She's doing great. Talking up a storm and developing quite a little personality. She's really just a sweet little girl. She goes to daycare two days a week and she's really been learning a lot there.
I have to pat my hubby and myself on the back because even though we were pretty clueless about all things having to do with babies and toddlers, we've always kept to a routine and put her schedule ahead of our own and it seems to be working. She's easy to take out to restaurants, shopping, activities and is pretty happy and bubbly most of the time. She has her moments like any toddler but for the most part she's pretty easy going.
We had a scare about a month and a half ago. At her 15 month appointment her doctor noted that her head had grown very fast since her 12 month. She was concerned at the rate of growth and wanted to re-check it in 6 weeks. We went back 6 weeks later expecting that she'd just send us on our way after a quick re-check. Instead it had continued to grow and we were getting a CT scan on a Saturday morning. She was worried about tumors, blood vessel issues, etc. Thankfully, everything was perfectly fine and her head was apparently just catching up to the rest of her body.

And here she is this year. What a difference a year makes!
