14 weeks and not feeling preggers
So I'm 14 weeks pregnant with TWINS and the only sympton I've had is fatigue. Especially with twins I thought the nausea would be over the top. I'm wondering if the tiny tummy has anything to do with it. What do ya think? Am I just lucky. I've seen my doc several times, plus with twins and my age I see a high risk specialist. So far all looks good. It just makes me nervous that I haven't had any other symptons.

I am currently 19 weeks pregnant with twins. I had a lot of nausea and fatigue in my early weeks....but it all went away right at the 12-week mark. In fact, I pretty much feel normal at this point. What do your doctors say about you not gaining weight so far? I have gained close to 10 lb. but I have been eating a lot!
The only symptom I really ever had was jacked up, horrific dreams, and fatigue. The dream that clued me in that I was pregnant, and prompted me to test at 9:45pm was that the "sexting police" raided my house, beat me billy clubs because I wouldn't turn over my cell phone, my cell phone bill and refused to tell them which building my husband worked in on base HA. I was tired and napped, but I always loved napping so I just thought I had been over-extending myself. I had just had a chemical pregnancy (2nd one in 6 months), and didn't even remotely think I'd pop positive.
I think my boobs hurt for about a week, never had the major sense of urgency to urinate all the time, never had morning sickness, nothing. The 2nd trimester brought huge energy surges, absurd cravings and have over 2 years with zero hunger, I started getting hungry again, and head hunger which I never really dealt with either was in overdrive.

I'm about 18.5 weeks and still don't feel pregnant! I still weigh LESS today than I did when I found out I was pregnant, I am not showing at all (can still wear my regular jeans, buttoned and everything), and I never had issues with morning sickness. In my first trimester, I had sore breasts for maybe a week or two and had some taste changes as far as food. I had occasional nausea, but that went away after just a couple of weeks, too. I have not had ANY surges of energy in my second trimest - quite the opposite, actually, as I now have trouble getting out of bed in the morning and making it through my work day, which were not problems for me in my first trimester at all.
I've actually posted on another board about how I consider myself to be in "pregnancy purgatory" :P Since I have no symptoms besides fatigue, am not showing, am not gaining weight, don't know the sex of the baby yet, can't feel any baby movement yet...it's like there's nothing to be excited about right now. I just feel lazy, and anyone looking at me would think the same since I have no other signs of being pregnant at all!
