Anyone get pregnant first time trying?

With my first we tried off and on (whenever hubby was home) for like 8 months but I guess he was never home at the right time.  He left for deployment and I got my period like a week later then bam I was pregnant after that! With this one we were not trying and it just happened!

I went off the pill, waited a month and was pregnant that first month. I miscarried at 7 weeks. I couldn't get pregnant for 3 months and was feeling crappy so I had my throid tested and it was way low. Got that undercontrol and first month I was allowed to try again I got pregnant and have a one year old son.

Well, We was not necessarily trying but we were not preventing either.LOL!  Within 3 months I was pregnant.

I got pregnant in my first cycle off of birth control (had been using NuvaRing). We weren't actually planning to start "trying" (temping or charting or anything****il about 2 cycles later since I'd read and been told that it could take 6-12 weeks to become fertile again after removing the last ring. Umm...nope! I had a period right when I took the last ring out (expected, as I took it out at the end of a cycle/month) in late June and conceived around July 6.
