Anyone get pregnant naturally with in the first month of trying? Or even less than 3 months trying? I want to be pregnant now! So I'm wondering if there is hope for it happening the first month trying?

Lots of women got pregnant without even trying. With both of my post-op pregnancies, I was pregnant very fast....1st one was within the 1st month of going off the pill and the 2nd took 2 months I believe. Best of luck to you!

My friends joke that my husband could pass me in the hallway and I'll end up pregnant if I'm not on some form of birth control.  First baby (pre-op) I got pregnant before I even got my first period after going off the pill.  This time we were just using condoms and I got pregnant the first month that we stopped.  It all depends on your body I suppose!

I had my mirena removed and then I started charting my cycles. I was pregnant the first month, probably more like the first time. I know that charting let me know exactly when to try. If you're charting and over 35 and it doesn't happen in 6 months then you need to follow up with a dr. If you're under 35 then I believe its a year. If I remember correctly, 80-90% of couples will concieve within a year if they are actively trying.

I did get pg on my 1st month TTC, however I MC'd at 7 wks.  And that was at age 40!  Now 11 months later, we're on our 7th cycle TTC and this one was IVF.  I'll let everyone know next week if I'm pg.
