I am about 9 weeks and this is my 2nd band baby. Really, the only issue is if your band is too tight. We get all the nutrients just smaller portions depending on the tightness of our bands. If you have bad morning sickness and are throwing up alot, then you might want a little bit of an unfill, otherwise I'd say keep as much fill in as you're comfortable with so that the pregnancy gain isn't too much.

There are a few of us here!
My band gave me no trouble during my pregnancy. I had a slight unfill to make things easier during my morning sickness phase, but was able to have it put back in at about 14 weeks. Just ask us when you have questions!
