TTC list 10/2/11

Hello to all the ladies TTC!

How is everyone doing? 

I am in the 2 WW. I had a really strong LH surge on Wed. evening and Thurs. morning. We have been BD'ing every 1.5 days (as in one morning, then next day evening.) I had a lot of O pains on Wed - Fri. I felt pain on both sides this cycle. This was my second clomid cycle. I go in for a progesterone test on Friday.

I am hoping/praying this is the cyle for a healthy BFP! It would be pefect time-wise, as I would be giving birth at the end of June and have all summer for maternity leave. I just started a grad school program and have summer's off. DH is convinced we are pregnant because it would be so perfect. Here's to hoping!

How is everyone else doing? Meli, I responded to your post about late ovulation. I'm hoping for some good news soon! Carrie - are you getting married on Oct. 5th or Nov. 5th? Either way congrats! Victoria, did you get an RE appt scheduled? How did your 2 WW end?

 nikki!! thats great to hear about your strong surge! feeling pains on both sides is a good sign! sounds like you did all the right things. now the left is up to your body! i say rub your belly for good luck. lol it always makes me better when my hubby rubs mine.  i hope you get your BFP!!!

AF showed up this afternoon, so we will be going to our RE appointment on 10/25. I'm kinda in a blah mood/attitude right now...

 :( she always ruins everything. and its the worst feeling. i know you're down. but at least there's a next step. looking forward to seeing what the RE says. i'm sure you'll come out of that apt feeling like there's a plan. *hugs*

Hey Girl... thx for asking.  Things are moving along very well.  I'm responding well to the fert drugs and we're currently scheduled for eggie retrieval next Tuesday 10/11 and then implantation next Friday 10/14.  But I'm being monitored every 2 days (US & blood tests) and those days may fluctuate a little bit.  Next US/blood test is this Thursday.  My panni is looking at little like black and blue swiss cheese these days... i'm taking 3 daily shots in the panni.  But hey... just doing what we need to do to welcome in our child to our family - however he/she comes into our lives.

Sorry to hear about that darned AF!  Glad ur going to the RE in a few weeks.  It's a major process.  Be patient and pray for great insurance coverage!  OH... and start saving $ now (if you haven't already.)  I have  great insurance but the lab in our Fert clinic is not contracted w/any insurance carrier.  So we had to pay for all lab tests (several grand) in cash up front.  Then after we're done then I can submit to my insurance carrier for reimbursement.  I know we'll be getting a good chunk of that back on that so we're relieved about that.  It was just a pita to front the $.

Anywho.... good luck sweetie and I'll keep everyone posted.

Congrats on the BFP!!! Very exciting!

Started spotting this morning.....BLAH!!!  On to the next cycle sort of, think I am gonna take a mini break for Oct as it is going to be a stressful month and I need a rest from the clomid.  I am soooo stressed right now as it is with just getting back to work after a summer layoff.  So what a better time for a break than now.  Will keep you all posted as to what is going on in the next few months, maybe I will work on a Xmas present, who knows.  Best of Luck to those TTC and Congrats to those *****ceived their BFP!!!
