I eat 3/4 cup oatmeal, the quick cook, not instant kind, per day. I make it with 1% milk. This helps my supply. I am naturally lower in the late afternoon, though. I am going to look those cookies up. I hope you find the magic bullet for your supply. One thing I know not to do again is take Benadryl. I have a cold, and at the beginning of it, my hubby handed me 1 benadryl, which I thought was safe since I could take it pregnant. IT DRIED ME UP! The poor baby was extra fussy that day and bless his heart, he was probably hungry. I have been taking Claritin and ibuprofen every morning for the past 3 days to feel somewhat normal and it helps and doesn't dry me out...I will try the beer too, but I am so picky about beer!
